GIFT CARD POLICY

Gift cards can only be used at Hot n Juicy Crawfish restaurants.  The amount contained on the gift card may be applied towards any purchases at Hot N Juicy Crawfish.  Treat the gift card as cash.

EXPIRATION: Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase. All unclaimed gift cards after 5 years will not be redeemable. Exception: FL and CA (following applicable state laws).

FEES: Gift cards are subject to a $1 fee per month following applicable state laws. Fees will be deducted from the total balance of the gift card. 

‍LOST/STOLEN: Not eligible for refund or reissues.

‍REFUNDS/RETURNS: Non-refundable and non-returnable.

‍REMAINING BALANCE: Not exchangeable for cash, with the exception of certain applicable state laws.

BALANCE INQUIRIES: Balance inquiries can be made in store.
