# Hot N Juicy Crawfish

> Cajun seafood boil restaurant serving crawfish, snow crab, shrimp and lobster by the pound with a choice of five seasonings and adjustable spice levels. Twelve locations across Nevada, Arizona, California, Florida, Virginia and Washington, DC.

Guests build their own boil: pick a seafood, pick a seasoning, pick a spice level. The kitchen also serves po'boys, Cajun garlic noodles, loaded fries, etouffee and Basque cheesecake. Hot N Juicy has been featured on Travel Channel's Man vs. Food and Thrillist.
